I and my team are taking part in the following events over the coming weeks:

- 20km community walk in London (18th September)
- Henley Trail half marathon (29th September)
- Henley Half marathon (14th October)

We're doing this to raise money for Arrhyhthm Alliance, who do great work in providing mobile defibrillators at public events. These help heart attack victims get help fast, saving lives.

Arrhythm Alliance is the chosen charity of the family of Andrew Flynn. Andrew, a friend and close colleague of ours, sadly passed away earlier this year after suffering a heart attack shortly after completing a half-marathon.  Andrew was an incredibly positive young man, with his whole life ahead of him, and his sudden death was shocking, and a tragic loss.

By supporting this charity we are continuing Andrew's positivity and love of life, and helping those who suffer similar misfortune to get the urgent help they need straight away.
