On the 26th May, Jez & I will be running the Bupa Manchester 10k to help raise money for 'The Friendship Circle'.  This is a wonderful charity that helps both children and adults with physical and learning disabilities make friends and integrate into the community.  We all know that good friends are so important and without them people can suffer from loneliness, isolation and depression. The money that we raise will go towards providing a range of leisure and social opportunities that will help to build meaningful relationships, create a sense of belonging and raise self confidence.

The 26th of May would have also been Orly Feddy’s 2nd birthday who died suddenly on Monday, 17th December 2012, aged just 18 months old. We are also doing this run in memory of a very special and beautiful little girl who was taken far too early.
