ABF support the individuals and families behind our armed forces. The Soldiers Charity has been established for over 65 years providing financial assistant to army family, ex-service men and soldiers when they are in real need. Many of us know people who have felt the impact of loosing someone or struggled to support them financially through rehabilitation.

I'm running this for them and in the memory of the soldiers who have given everything .

Please help me raise money for this fantastic charity. I love a challenge and this 13 miles is going to be a true test having been off sport with injury for the last 3 weeks! Any support on the day (this Sunday – 23!) is much appreciated and very welcome!
