Story

Hello all!

So here we are, the FOURTH Blaine Game. Last year we raised over £1,500 for Headway Nottingham and this year we’re looking to raise even more! It is all in honour of a brilliant man, Blaine Thomas, and a brilliant cause, Headway. It is a testament to his character that four years on Blaine is still having a massive impact on many lives, through the good memories we have of him to the money raised for Headway Nottingham in his honour.

So what’s Headway? Headway is a charity that supports victims and the families around them who suffer from brain injuries. We’ve been working with headway for four years now and I couldn’t possibly even attempt to explain how much work they do for the people they support. It’s outstanding to see all the money we raise in good use all over the country!

The game will kick off at 3pm down at Carlton Town FC on Sunday 21st September 2014! Tickets will be available at the gates on the day at only £1. There will also be a half time stand up show from soon to be world famous comedian Sam Mason.

After the game we’ll be heading to The Blacks Head pub in Carlton square for a post match review and more then a few well earned pints and a BBQ (depending on the weather). There will also be a raffle and an auction which will include signed Forest shirts and signed pictures from Carl Froch. All the money from the auction will go straight to Headway Nottingham!

We hope to see you all down there but if you cant make it, or if you are just feeling generous, we have set this page up so people can still support a fantastic cause.

Thank you for your contiuned suport,

Blaine's Boys.
