Along with my family, I am taking part in a sponsored Abseil at Avon Gorge on 23rd May 2015.  I am taking part of this event in memory of Katherine Norris (my 2nd mum) who passed away in November after living with MS for the past 10 years.  Kath was a very private person and did not attend the Therapy Centre in Gloucester. We know that at the centre they help and support local people living with awful conditions and I know that the money raised will help them continue the amazing work they carry out.
