After two cancelled events by the organisers of the Norse 10k Challenge, I have now entered into Newcastle Stampede (www.newcastlestampede.com). 

I will be running in loving memory of my cousin, Rachel Dodds, to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Rachel was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive cancer earlier this year and was taken from us at the age of 29. Throughout her short battle with cancer, the Macmillan nurses were there for support for Rachel and our family. So, I would like to raise money to help Macmillan in their on-going work with all patients and families affected by cancer. Whether this charity has been there for you or your family in the past, there for you right now or if you think, like me, that this is a very worthy cause, please donate any amount you can.

I don't have any targets set for a total amount to be raised, I would just appreciate any contribution you are able to give.
