Story

On the 5th June 2015 we're taking a ridiculous amount of runners from
5kGroupRun, Blackburn GroupRun and Blackburn Road Runners to race the Burnley 10k for Every Action Has Consequences. Look out for the sea of royal blue EAHC Race Team tshirts - you wont miss us!!!! If you know somebody who's running for us please try and make a donation if you can, this is a local charity that relies on fund raising.

Pat and Dave Rogers are the most humble, unassuming, inspirational, humanitarian and kindest people Rick has ever met. Their work to keep young people safe, and improve their chances of better lives, is phenomenal. The Queen agrees too as she recently awarded Dave an MBE, whilst Pat was recognised at 10 Downing Street at the Inspirational Woman of the Year Awards.

Pat and Dave lost their son, Adam, after he was punched and killed in Blackburn town centre in 2009. He was acting as a peacemaker at the time.

The charity helps to educate young people about the futility of violence in our streets. They produce education packs and resources to encourage positive and responsible behaviour among young adults and work with offenders in prisons.

Please help to keep this charity running by donating any amount you feel able to.

Donating JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted
emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the
charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and
cutting costs for the charity.
