Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the London marathon in memory of Jacob Wernick. My surrogate brother Ben and his wife Claire lost their baby boy in a tragic accident on the 23rd July 2013 whilst on holiday with friends. The Devon Air Ambulance and Ambulance Services arrived swiftly to their remote location and took over from Ben who was resuscitating Jacob. Despite their success at reviving him, their 'little dude' passed away peacefully on the 1st August. Claire, Ben, all their family and friends will always be grateful for the specialist care Jacob received on that day. I would like to continue the family’s efforts in fund raising for this charity so that other families can continue to benefit from this remarkable service and specialist Paramedics.

Thanks for your support and geneorisity....Ed
