Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Those that know me will know I lost my dad to cancer so I'd
quite like to give it a big kick in the face. So I'm starting by running the Cheltenham Half Marathon in September to raise money for Cobalt. Why? Because they do amazing things for people just like you and I.
I started work at Cobalt (http://www.cobalthealth.co.uk/) in January this year and every day I meet people from all walks of life and
surprisingly all ages who come to use our facilities. With some amazing science and machinery we diagnose some really life changing stuff.
People with cancer, dementia and other life limiting conditions come to
us because we have some of the most state of the art equipment and early diagnosis saves lives. We also treat sports injuries so it's not all doom and gloom.
Once you part with your hard earned cash I promise you Cobalt will be
putting it to good use straight away and when I leave the start line I'll be
giving it my all. I've even joined a running club so I'm dead serious! I have all the gear and no idea thanks to my lovely boyfriend. I am a neon pink vision.
So please give generously and I'll play nicely on the day and we can all donate a tidy sum to an amazing cause.
