Story
Those of you who know me will know I enjoy my sports, Cycling and swimming are my sports of choice now but when I was much younger (and my knees hadn't given up yet) I loved to run. Jade was one of my biggest supporters at 10k's, half marathons and even the odd marathon. When I'd finished and was knackered, Jade would insist we took part together in the 'fun run' and I've got great memories and pictures of ones we did together. Jade also spent a couple of great summers in Brittany so, when I'm cycling home from another brilliant, sunny summer in Brittany, all the way from Plymouth, 563 miles north to Bonnie Dundee, I'll think about Jade and when I'm knackered I'll remember our fun runs and keep going, hopefully raising some money for her charity at the same time.
All donations made to my Plymdun cycle go directly to support the woman and children in the hospice in India named after Jade and will make a huge difference to their lives.
I'll try and post updates as I go, wish me luck and please give generously.
