This is our 2nd Charity Footy match organised by myself, Thomas Porteous & friends - Euan's XI v Horseshoe Select. After raising over £13k at our last game, we are hoping to continue adding to our total again this year! Please help us continue to raise much needed funds. The match will kick off at 3pm, and there is food and entertainment arranged back at the Horseshoe bar after the game. We have an Auction, Raffle, Live Music, etc and hope you can make it along for another great night! 

My son Euan was born with a rare Heart Condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). After numerous open Heart surgeries, Procedures & Medicines Euan sadly passed away in PICU, Freeman Hospital, Newcastle on the 27th April 2012 (aged 18 Months). He was urgently waiting on a Heart Transplant which sadly didnt come in time. Euan spent some of his short life in Yorkhill Childrens Hospital and received the best care available. Yorkhill became Euans Home from home, and I can't praisethe support staff, specialists, Doctors, Nurses, etc enough for the care and attention Euan and our family was given.

 The staff at both Yorkhill & Freeman Hospital were very supportive throughout the most difficult time in our lives. I promised myself that i would do whatever it took to help raise as much money as possible to hopefully help prevent some  families go through what we have.
