Event: Durham City Run, on 20 July 2017
Participants: I'll be running with friends from the Cathedral with whom I've been following the Couch to 5K programme for the last couple of months. Thanks to Rebecca Devine for getting us here (even though she's partial to hills...grrr!).
Team Durham Cathedral are running in aid of the Cathedral, helping it to care for and maintain its historic buildings, woodlands and riverbanks

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and for donating in support of Durham Cathedral.  I know that I work there (so I'm a little bit biased), but the Cathedral is one of the most awe-inspiring buildings in the country and after almost 1,000 years of history, it continues to be a place for people to come together or be alone, be inspired or find solace, and celebrate or remember.  To care for this beautiful building and continue to reach out to visitors and local people alike relies on voluntary income, so thank you for giving today.  I really do appreciate it.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you so much.
