Story

Hi, thanks for visiting my page.

My name is Gurpreet.  I am 17 years old and study Art and Design at college.  I love gardening, music, cycling and now I have learnt climbing and trekking up mountains :)

On 9/11 this year, I made my first attempt to climb a mountain.  I am glad to say that I successfully climbed Mount Snowdon - the tallest mountain in Wales as part of the Nishkam Challenge training scheme.

Now, I have set myself another challenge - to climb the Scafell Pike with the Nishkam Challenge - this is the tallest mountain in England, I am doing this on 22/10/2016.

The main reason that I am doing this is because I heard about a small hospital in Kericho, Kenya and the difficulties that their maternity department is having.  I learnt that mothers and children DIE due to inadequate conditions - I want to really do my best to help support this hospital.

We take so much for granted here in the UK - I was in tears when I heard about this - it is not fair - we must help them.

Will you help us to make a difference in Kenya?

PLEASE SUPPORT ME and DONATE NOW.

Finally, please wish me luck and give me your blessings and please SHARE my page with your friends and family so that we can all work together to help these people in Africa.

Thank you.

Respectfully and Humbly Yours,

Gurpreet
