My beautiful friend Melanie Jaggard died in August aged just 34, leaving behind her husband and twins who are not yet 2 years old.  She had Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma (ACC), an incredibly rare and (currently) incurable form of cancer.

She was such a vibrant, go getter who refused to let Cancer dictate to her - she was a real inspiration.  I am determined to do everything I can to help find a cure for this cancer in her memory.
