I am doing the rock n roll Madrid half marathon on 26/04/2015 for CHSS  in memory of  Ian"fritz" Frater who died in May 2015  ,after suffering a stroke,-a good friend of collegue  of mine for over 20years.

When Ian died he left  behind many family,friends and work mates who still miss him to this day

This will be my 10th half marathon and my 3rd for CHSS  -can I ask you all to donate to this great cause in Ian's memory
