Fundraising for Royal Trinity Hospice (London)

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page in memory of the BRILLIANT and AMAZING Jake* who passed away on 2 August 2008. Trinity looked after Jake as an outpatient and in his last days as an inpatient and continues to offer me invaluable support. The staff are so kind, attentive and understanding.

Grandma Joan Hetherington sadly passed away on 14th December 2015. She was a wonderful lady and very much loved and missed. In lieu of flowers family and friends can donate to Trinity, The Stroke Association and Diabetes UK.

Please help me in raising money for Trinity in honour of Jake who is much loved and sorely missed.
