The CARTEN100 cycle ride takes place roughly over a ten hour period, with a leisurely ride from Cardiff to Tenby. The aim is to get people on their bikes, whilst raising money for Noah's Ark Charity.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the carten100 on the 7th of May 2016. The carten is basically, a cycle ride from Cardiff to Tenby (circa 110 miles). Now, to people that have been cycling for years, this may seem to be a walk in the park... But to somebody that entered before actually owning a bike,  it's a bit of a daunting prospect!!

However, it's for a great charity so all the hard work will be worth it in the end!

Any donations are more than welcome.
