Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
While my Movember commitment usually happens in the month formerly known as November, through a well grown Mo, it is a movement that is not exclusive to a single month in raising awareness regarding issues in Men's Health.
On April 24, 2016, I will be running the London Marathon on behalf of the Movember Foundation to continue the mission. I am truly inspired by the Movember Foundation. In the latest fundraising campaign, Movember introduced the MOVE initiative which I believe to be extremely important to making progress in living a healthy lifestyle. Self-betterment and maintenance with regard to health needs to occur even when one is deemed generally healthy. This opportunity for the London Marathon comes well well-timed with personal goals and would be an excellent way to celebrate being a Five-year Mo Bro.
My involvement with Movember is well-noted with family and friends and is something that I have become known for. Even if in the past my contributions may have been a drop in the bucket I am now incredibly motivated to run and to go on to celebrate being a Five-Year Mo Bro.
Many people view Movember and whole facial hair month as just a gimmick when in reality it is definitely for a great cause in all facets of Men's Health and for a foundation that provides means for research leading to necessary treatments.
