Thankyou everyone for taking the time out to visit my page!

Whilst working for Bupa Healthcare at Home I had the pleasure of working with Harrison and his family, H was an amazing inspirational little boy, he was born with cerebral palsy but still still lived a normal happy life and did everything every other little boy would do, sadly H contracted swine flu and became very poorly and his family were told he was palliative care.

Harrison became bed bound not being able to go out the house much and often becoming very ill, but H always had a cheeky smile, which would make your day along with his love of mr tumble, barney and boobies! His mom Sharon, Brother Declan and uncle ste were inspirational giving Harrison the best possible care And all the love they could In his final months.

H was hospitalised last year when he became really ill and sadly passed away the 2nd April 2012 aged 10.

Harrison and his family mean a lot to me and they have become very special friends and they are inspirational to all other family's...

therefore I would like to give something back and after running the 5k at Malvern hills last year i want a bigger challenge and raise a lot more money for Acorns children hospice by running the bupa birmingham great run.

acorns provide respite care for poorly children and I have been there plenty of times myself and their work is amazing, after H passed away acorns supported Sharon and the family to deal with their terrible loss In many ways...

so I can't stress enough please please please be generous and help me reach my target £600! And if anyone has any training tips feel free to help me! :)
