I am doing the great Manchester run in memory of my granddad who sadly was taken away  from us on 7.2.15 my granddad suffered with dementia. my granddad was loved by everyone and he loved everyone. he was a massive rugby fan loved to walk and climb mountains. please can you donate what ever you can or even share to show awareness of this so no one will have to go though what we have been through
