I decided to run the 10k in hull to raise money for RDA  in beverley near bishop Burton college in  East Yorkshire  This Chartiy was very close to  Emliy Morfitt heart

Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA National) provides opportunities for disabled adults & children in the UK to ride, carriage drive, vault & showjump. Through this we deliver therapy, achievement & fun. 18,000 hard working volunteers run 500 RDA Groups across the UK.
