Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Remus memorial horse sanctuary has a special place in my heart and I have recently found out they have taken in 4 horses from my old riding school!

Brook farm riding school collapsed financially September of last year and unfortunately the bailiffs moved in and evicted the owners as well as the horses. The horses were living in fields behind the riding school and even had their blankets taken from them. They needed rehoming urgently and that's where Remus came to the rescue! They took in 4 of the horse, 3 of which I remember from when I was a child! Sue Burton, the founder of Remus, managed the whole rehoming process of all 12 horses and Remus paid all associated costs as well as taking in 4 of the horses.

Now Remus needs our help! So I'm doing a sponsored walk of 6 miles to help raise money and awareness. I appreciate all donations big or small.
