Tower Hamlets Opportunity Group is a playgroup for under 5's that provides a borough wide service in Tower Hamlets. 51% of children who attend have a disability/additional needs. The charity has been running for 28 years.

Children who attend the playgroup have such disabilities as follows, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, Growth Deficiency, Visual and Hearing Impairment, the entire range of the Autistic Spectrum as well as complex social and medical needs.

The group provides outreach work which support early identification and early intervention of children and families who are in crisis.
