Story
When I started my marathon training on 22nd December I didn't intend to fundraise but then a month into the training, very tragically and completely unexpectedly my brother in law, Roger Alexander sadly passed away from a stroke, he was only 43 years old.
Therefore after 16 weeks, 64 runs, several 100's of miles training, 2 pairs of trainers later, I've chosen to run, walk or even crawl, whichever way gets me round the gruelling 26.2 miles at Brighton marathon on 12th April 2015 in memory of you, Roger!
You would've particularly liked the thought that there's a very big chance that I will do it slower than you did the London marathon in 2003!!
I would be very grateful if you could sponsor me in aid of St George's Hospital which is where they cared for him in his final days and supported his closest family members.
As the saying goes every little bit counts, all donations will be hugely appreciated.
Many thanks.
