The new centre opened in June 2011.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #0070c0;">THE PARISH CENTRE DEVELOPMENT FUND</span></strong> was set up to raise the necessary &pound;375,000 and due to the generosity of many people we have only &pound;22,000 left to raise.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Your support to help me to reduce this amount by &pound;2,000 will be much appreciated. Now 50 years later, as a septuagenarian with creaky knees, this ambition has been reawakened by friends and acquaintances who have achieved their Compostella (i.e. walking at least the last 100km) in recent years.
