Pay it Forward
Campaign by Corrymeela (RCN NIC101597)
If your life was impacted by your time at Corrymeela will you now pay it forward and give that gift to the next generation of volunteers? Will you join me to raise money?

Story

2 Kids and 2 Stone later its time to shed a few pounds and get fit for the summer. I pledge to lose 20 lbs over the next 4 months. If you can match me pound for pound, together we can raise £500 for Irelands oldest peace and reconciliation centre.

Twenty years ago I volunteered at Corrymeela and today I'm raising money for the 'Pay it Forward' campaign. All money raised will go towards the Corrymeela Volunteers who are the heartbeat of our work. We rely on 80,000 volunteer hours a year to work with the thousands who visit the Ballycastle centre. Its a place where lives are changed and the ripple effects truly are felt around the world.

This weekend (22/4)  the Leader of Corrymeela will become the keeper of the information that matters - the starting weight! And then we shall be off ...... off bread, off sugar and off the scales. I've even acquired a second hand treadmill for the office so I can lose a few pounds while working. So open your heart and your wallet and drop a few pounds. You know it makes sense.

Thanks

Mark
