Thank you for visiting our JustGiving Page.
As I am sure many of you are aware of Mats story, but for those of you who aren't, you will find his video story in the Gallery.
My Brother, their son, was diagnosed at the age of 20, with an inoperable Cancerous Brain Tumour, at a Grade 2, this didn't stop Mat from living his life, he carried on doing what any normal lad at that age would, he partied in Ayia Napa, he had laughs in Amsterdam, and carried on living life. In March last year he started a bike ride from 'Lands end to John O'Groats' to raise money for Charity. Unfortunately things came to a hault when he came off his bike in Manchester. And from there things changed quickly.
Mats Cancer had changed from a Grade 2 to a Grade 4, and again Inoperable, they tried Chemotherapy, but things took a turn for the worse once again, which took Mat to 'Myton Hospice'. Mat's battle continued for another 10 weeks in Myton Hospice, where his battle ended in November.
The care that Mathew recieved in Myton Hospice was second to none, with 24 hour care for whatever Mat needed.
We have decided to to take part in this Sky Dive as a family, to give something back to the hospice after the amazing support they gave to Mat and have given to us. The SkyDive is taking place on the 2nd March, this year, and a minimum will be a 10,000ft jump. So please dig deep...
Thank you, to all those who do donate,
Love from,
Jo, Tony and Lauren
& most of all Mat, our Angel xxx
