As some of you will know, I have acquired a little friend on my face this last month.  No, I'm not just trying out a new look.  It is in fact in order to raise awareness and money for a good cause.

Traditionally, Movember is about raising awareness for men's health issues - specifically testicular cancer, prostrate cancer and mental health.  This I have been doing and will continue to do.

However, something happened early November that slapped me in the face, so I want to veer slightly off course with the cause I am raising money for.

A friend of mine, Andy Pook, sadly passed away on the 2nd November 2014.  His family have asked for donations to go to The Stroke Association, who have done so much good work and with our help, will continue to.

So, please dig deep - especially if you have been hurling abuse at me for the past month, with comparisons to Nigel Mansell, Tom Sellick, 70s Pornstar etc.
