We have all been affected by cancer within our families or friendships, or more likely by our stage of life, both.

A little more than a year ago our group of tight knit university friends who thought we had seen each other through the best of times and worst of times experienced something new.  Between us we lost a dear friend, but more importantly a beloved husband to Shelley and an amazing father to Felix and Jasper.  In a little short of a fortnight we shall collectively complete no fewer than eleven triathlons: kids and parents alike.  For those who can manage it a full triathlon is in store, for those who need a little help from their friends a team triathlon will be an equal challenge. 

We are sad but at the same time immensely proud to be raising money in the memory of Matthew Denby.
