This will now be my 3rd year running the British London 10k to raise funds for this amazing school charity in Gambia.  At thirty something  believe it or not I am one of the veterans of this Roots annual fundraising event, alongside Daniel and Mark.

Each year we have a great day out, we run around London and make money to educate underprivileged children whilst enjoying ourselves.  We then go on to sample the fine restaurants and hostelries that London has to offer.

Please dig deep as enjoying ourselves is really hard work and we need these children to reap the rewards.  Please dont forget to use GiftAid too as the charity can get another 25% on your donation.
