You are invited on Saturday 30 June to a Charity Summer Ball will be held at the Burgate School in memory of Andrea, a young University student who we tragically lost in August 2010 whilst in Switzerland for her studies. This Ball will enable us to raise money in memory of Andrea for Mountain Rescue England & Wales and Cancer Research UK and enable all those who knew her to share all the precious memories we have.

Andrea attended the Burgate School, year of 2004 and the Burgate Sixth Form, year of 2006. Following Education, she took to the skies and travelled for three months around New Zealand and Australia, accomplishing adventures such as sky diving, bungee jumping, surfing and all other out door activities that she loved. She then attended Bangor University in North Wales, studying Sport Science Outdoor Adventure, entailing many mountain climbs and expeditions that she thoroughly enjoyed.

Tickets are £20 per person which includes hot roast, DJ and entertainment for the night. There will also be a charity raffle and bar. So come and join us and get your posh frocks, black ties and dancing shoes on for a memorable evening. Andrea really did live her life to the full and we wish to share this and fundraise for such a good cause.
