As you may or may not know Jon and I were very close and thought it a good idea to do the GSR in an ape suit in memory of the "Monkey Man". I try and do this every year anyway but i know he would be laughing at me trundling around the 10 mile route in a monkey suit in his memory!

He was a massive character and i for one along with his family and friends still miss him dearly and still cant get my head round it. He was always up for a laugh and would of enjoyed running around with costumes on raising money for a charity close to both our hearts, so thats what im doing!!

Any amount will be gratefully recieved as it will help our injured comrades in so many ways from mental to physical and life changing injuries.
