Well I am going to be hanging my running shoes up for one week only and stepping out of my comfort zone to do a 600 mile bike ride for this great charity and in memory of a very special little baby girl.  Wayne Hoyland, Richard Cheney and myself are going to be cycling 600 miles over four days.  We will be starting our mammoth ride from Drefach Velindre in Wales and cycling to Middlesborough and then all the way back to Wales.

Its very easy in life to sit back and do nothing, hopefully by taking part in this bike ride it will raise awareness and some money for this great charity and in Memory of Mia Lexi Thomas.
