Story

On Sunday 24th April I am attempting to run the 26.2 miles of the London Marathon. For those of you who know me you've probably fallen off your chair reading that first line as you will know I do not run - AT ALL! Well training has begun and one way or another I am determined I'll make it across the finish line and it's probably just wishful thinking, but you never know maybe even in a half respectable time (highly doubtful).

My amazing cousin Oli Farrell and wanting to raise money in his memory for Headway, a charity very close to his heart, is what has inspired me to do to do this. Oli sadly passed away in November 2013 from a head injury and the work Headway do to support others and their families in similar situations is outstanding. To be able to be involved in adding to Oli's legacy and supporting Headway is something I'm very proud of.

Any donation no matter how big or small will be hugely appreciated and please feel free to come and cheers with a large G&T at the finish line!!
