Patrick was 17 yrs old when he collapsed and died while walking in his favorite place, the Lake District. He was a keen walker and his death was a complete surprise to the medical community and all that knew him.

He died due to his heart stopping. We would like to raise as much as possible to stop this happening to others in the future. 12 young people die every week due to this. This charity is dedicated to find out how to identify the signs that this may occur, make people aware of it and work out how this can be prevented.
