Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I like spicy food, I always have. Then... a person I work with that shall remain nameless (*cough*Wayne*cough*) brought some Naga Chilli in for me to try. Being bold, brave and a little silly, I decided that it would be 'easy' for me to consume this.
The scene was set and I had to consume a heaped table spoon of one of the hottest chilli peppers in the World.
To follow this up, another member of the team (*cough*Sam*cough*) also decided to present the Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) for me to eat as a whole unit.
To put this into perspective, these two chilli peppers are around the 1,000,000 mark of 'heat' rating, whilst a hot Jalapeno is lower than 10,000.
After an offer of donation to a charity of my choice, I was in. The rest (and my mouth / insides) is history.
I am currently working on a fresh UK concept for wildlife park to promote, fund and complete conservation and breeding programmes for UK wildlife. UKopia intends to revolutionise the way we see our native species.
Because of their good work in the field, my nominated charity is People's Trust for Endangered Species (PTES). Any donations are greatly appreciated, thank you for your support.
