Trekking in the Sahara Desert is going to be a huge challenge as neither of the team have ever done anything like it before - 5 days for about 6 or 7 hours a day walking acrosss the sand in that heat - but WE WILL do it!</span></strong><span style="font-family: Arial;"> </span></span></span></span></p>

Rainbow is a wonderful charity that supports children with Cerebral Palsy and <strong><span style="font-family: Arial; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">adults with MS and Parkinson’s disease and those recovering from a stroke. The</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: Arial;"> </span></strong>aim is to help the children and adults to fulfil their potential and meet the challenges in life that most of us overcome without a thought. The Rainbow Centre changes the lives of children, for example, Hannah who has learnt to walk independently thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Rainbow team.</span></span></span></span></p>
