As many of you know my wife and I are proud parents of a beautiful baby boy, Finlay George Barlow, who sadly passed away on 7th September 2011, aged 21 days old. Finlay sadly died suddenly, of sudden infant death, of which there is no cause. As a parent it is really hard to deal with the term 'unexplained' as naturally as humans we all want answers to help us come to terms with things. On Sunday 10th June 2012 I shall be running the 'Potters Arf Marathon' in memory of our little boy, and donating all the proceeds to FSID (The foundation for the study of infant deaths). They work endlessly to try and find answers, in the hope that one day no parent will have to lose a child in the same way that we have lost our baby, Finlay George. xx
