Rachel and I are very old friends and it seems fitting that we have both been selected to run on behalf of The Princess Alice Hospice in memory of our friend Sammy Eldridge. The hospice showed Sammy such care and attention and it is for that reason we want to show our support for the work they do and thank them for accommodating all twelve of us on our visits!

Whilst Rachel is already running half marathons I am a complete novice and am not aiming for a specific time, I just want to finish!
