Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My mate, Shaun Bowden, died in a fall last year up in Scotland.  Glencoe Mountain Rescue tried to save him and were amazing throughout the entire operation.  We are looking for contributions to help us build a Landrover and name it in Shaun's memory. Once it's complete we'll donate it to the Glencoe team and it will be used in future rescues.

To help raise the money I'm running through the Sahara for a week covering about 250km (150 miles) - nearly a marathon a day.

I don't want to guilt people into donating so let me dangle this little incentive in front of you in the hope that you'll dig deep.  I'll be running whether you donate or not but it would provide extra motivation to know that you, the people, had paid good money to see me finish. I wouldn't want to let you down! Not only that but it goes without saying that it's all for a great cause.

Donations come through in British Pounds but donations in Aussie Dollars are very do-able and very welcome.
