I lost my daughter Charlotte to Mental Illness aged 19 years in February 2009. We struggled to find support and the NHS was hopeless, no help was out there especially for younger people. Rethink is not only changing the way people think about Metal Illness but they offer the support that is so badly needed  for anyone suffering with Mental Illness. It is a cause very close to my heart and if you know me you will understand why I chose to do my bit however small in memory of my beautiful daughter.
