In February 2014, Goudhurst raised over £1,400 for Medair & their Syrian refugee projects - 100% of the funds raised have gone to Medair and are ring-fenced for this cause only. The support is for refugees in Lebanon and Jordan who are living in camps - Medair specialise in delivering highly targeted support on the ground where it's needed most.

On January 3rd 2015, a team of hardy swimmers swam up to a mile-and-a-half each in one hour of solid lengths! We raised nearly £1,000 more...

On Saturday 5th December we will be doing another sponsored swim to raise funds for Syrian refugees in camps in Jordan and Lebanon.  With the onset of winter the rigours of daily life become increasingly stark for these beleaguered peoples.  With your support, we hope to raise £2000. Please help bring some solace by making a donation.
