Myself, Jason Lake, Adam Cooper, Aaron Botterill, Andy Ellis and Owen Fisher aka Team Norah's Nightingale are all signed up for the Brownlee Triathlon at Harewood House on September 24th.  

We are taking on the triathlon in aid of the Florence Nightingale Hospice who where such an amazing support for my mum and all my family earlier this year. We would really appreciate any generous donations to help us splash, limp and crawl around the course!
