Story
I have now been cycling seriously for a couple of years and felt it was about time I gave something back. Who should I raise money for? Well that was easy. Last year, a very dear friend, lost her battle with cancer. My friend was Heather Dillon. She was a remarkable woman who gave so much to others, always a smile on her face, and interested in you. She was a super wife to Mike and a wonderful mother to her three amazing children; Matt, Emily and Lulu. Heather was raising money for others right up to the time of her passing and the memory of her drive and energy will, I know, spur me on to the end of this ride. She was an inspiring person and her enthusiasm was infectious. So on 10th August 2014 i will riding 100 miles through the streets of London through the surrey countryside taking in Boxhill and Leith Hill and back through London to the finish. Please help me to raise money for "Beating Bowel Cancer" a very worthy charity. www.beatingbowelcancer.org
Thank you xx
