In memory of Nadia Miragliotta
We provide world-class paediatric care to help give hope to very ill children

Story

On the 2nd of July 2013, my dear friends the Miragliotta family had their lives turned upside down forever.  They lost their five year old daughter Nadia, suddenly and without warning. Nadia was a beautiful, happy child who brought a ray of sunshine to all who met her, a very special little girl.

I have been friends with Nadia’s Dad, Mike, since we were young lads and we have grown up together and still spend time together with our families.  Whilst on one of our lads holidays Mike met his lovely wife Stephanie, a holiday romance that has lasted 20 years and brought them their three beautiful children; Luca, Oliver and Nadia.

Around 6 years ago I started to run for fun, something that I now believe I was meant to do as I am now going to be running the Milton Keynes Marathon in memory of beautiful Nadia.

Alongside Nadia’s family, I am now helping them to raise money in her memory.  Nadia’s charity is the Brighter Future Fund which will help children at Great Ormond Street Hospital with bowel conditions. All monies raised in Nadia’s memory will be used directly for them and to purchase equipment needed to aid their treatment. Please dig deep to help this very worthy cause in memory of a very special little girl.
