One year ago tomorrow, a friend of mine, Mairi MacLeod Gray's brother Iain, died suddenly and under tragic circumstances on the Isle of Lewis.

Ten years ago this month, my Mum Carol Anderson lost her fight to Cancer.

A couple of months after my Mum died, Mairi and 3 of our friends came with me to Vietnam on a 10 day cycle ride raising money for Cancer Research, that trip will stay with me forever.

This time,  Iains daughter Amy is raising money of behalf of her Dad for this very worthy Charity.
