<p>In the spring of 2012 I plan to walk from London to Edinburgh in order to raise money for urban poor and street children in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, which is where I have lived for many years.</p> <p>Every penny raised will go towards the education and support of poor children who are being helped by a small, highly respected Manila-based organisation called the Kaibigan Foundation, an NGO I have been working with for more than 25 years.</p> <p>In addition to paying for college fees and school supplies, I am also hoping that funds raised will be used to provide much needed corrective orthodontic treatment for those children whose teeth have never been properly examined or treated.
