The Westleton Drake 2nd Charity Shield, 26 May 2017

Story

Thank you for supporting the second annual Westleton Drake charity football event, to be held on Thursday 26st May 2016 at the Matchroom Stadium, home of Leyton Orient FC.

ELHAP (A Special Needs Adventure Playground) is Forty Years old
this year and has spent the last four decades supporting many thousands of disabled and disadvantaged children and young people from across East London and Essex.  As Westleton Drake’s Charity of the Year for 2016 we are committed to raising £30,000 for ELHAP to provide the  funding to allow the adventure playground to undertake major development and refurbishment work including the construction of an extension, a new tree house and an updated sensory room.

We encourage all of those attending to play or support to make a donation via this page, and suggest a minimum donation of £75 for players and £10 for spectators.
Kick off is at 5.30pm, with player registration at 4.30pm.  The evening will finish late with music, food and drinks, a raffle and more.
