Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is our first run. Possibly last one ha ha. We are running/limping/gasping/whinging our way through the Manchester Color Run to give something back to Breaking Barriers, an amazing charity that has supported us massively since William was diagnosed with Autism, communication disorder and learning difficulties 3 years ago.

BB supports children and young adults with communication difficulties and their families. It is run by 2 mums of disabled children. Mums like me. Except i don't have that much energy!

Through our most difficult times, BB have been there offering advice and support. The positivity from these mums really gave me the strength to accept Williams condition and see him for the amazing individual he is. Through BB we have met many families and made lifelong friends.

Now its time to give something back to BB. Ever penny is greatly appreciated and if we get to £80 then I promise some embarrassing photos of our running ordeal.
