Story

Kitty McGeever passed away on 16th August 2015 at the young age of 48. Throughout her life, Kitty cared. She cared about people from all backgrounds and gave so much of her life helping others and giving what she could. She left this earth giving the gift of life to someone else through organ donation. This site is for anyone who would like to contribute even the slightest amount in loving memory of Kitty. If she made you laugh even once, or inspired you, or contributed to your life in any way, please consider donating to Refugee Action. During the last weeks of Kitty's life, she cried over the plight of the refugees drowning at sea and risking their lives to provide a better future for their children. The collection at her funeral on Friday 4th September, raised £1,300. For anyone unable to be there on the day, you can still make a contribution to this very worthy cause in memory of my beautiful, funny and generous sister, the girl with the biggest heart around. Thank you so much. Caroline x
